School is starting back up and it’s time to get out of summer mode and back into the swing of things with a regular routine. With that comes the return of menu planning since I got away from that with our fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants modus operandi this summer. I’m ready! Here’s what’s on the menu for this week.

Day 4:
Jerked Pork with Caribbean Salsa
Fresh Fruit
Day 5
Korean Fried Chicken
Fried Rice
Day 6:
Handmade Pizza
